Rental Applications:
-Applications can be filled out and emailed to valeeproperties1@gmail.com. Or, you may print the application and drop it off at 511 N. Meadow St., Richmond VA 23220 or fax it to 804-358-9354.
-If you are a student you are required to have a co-signer.
-Be sure you submit the Application, the Co-Signer Agreement (if applicable), and copy of Photo I.D.
-There is an application fee of $35 per applicant.
-We accept checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and electronic payments via the "Pay Online" tab on the home page. No cash, please!
